Yamaha Motorcycles


The growth of Yamaha bikes is just one that happened quite by accident.  In 1953 the company was already developing a variety of different products.  Instead, they were looking for a usage for idle parts of gear that had once been used to make propellers for planes.  The ideas for this particular gear included sewing machines, auto parts, scooters, all-terrain vehicles, and bicycles.  The choice was made to concentrate on manufacturing bikes due to the industry demand for them.

 This bicycle featured a 2 stroke single cylinder engine.  By July of 1955, Yamaha was producing 200 quality bikes each month with a staff of 274 people. 

This gave Yamaha the invitation to start selling its bikes in the United States with a private trader in California.  To further draw in revenue in the United States, Yamaha Motor Corporation USA has been created in 1977.  Back in 1959 Yamaha introduced the concept of supplying a converter kit to customers.  This enabled the motorcycle to be used for both street riding and motocross racing.

By 1960 Yamaha was producing 135,000 bikes each year.  1965 saw the advancement of no longer needing to mix oil with gasoline on account of this automatic oiling system.  By 1973 Yamaha was selling over 1 million bikes each year globally.

During the 197s they started working on developing four-stroke models to compete against other manufacturers.  The results were faster bikes that met emissions regulations and so were cheaper compared to stroke models.  However, they also recognized the capacity to continue selling two-stroke models to customers as well.  A number of different manufacturers focused only on four chambers, so Yamaha managed to satisfy the requirements of that target industry.

1974 brought the debut of the YZ250.  This model quickly became the biggest selling motocross bicycle since it featured one horizontal rear suspension system.  Yamaha constructed a racing track right next to the plant, permitting them to continually observe the standard and capabilities of their goods.

 This was classified as a muscle bicycle, with electricity that wasn't to the beginning rider.  They continue to produce some of the fastest bikes on the market both for street riding and for racing.

Yamaha hasn't been satisfied to simply cease when they had a great thing going.  They always had a vision of attaining more and to try to additional customer satisfaction.  The visions and characteristics of this company have been shown to work in every facet of bicycle production.  The fact that they offer so many unique models means the consumer has the chance to get the exact motorcycle they are looking for out of a brand name they know they can trust to provide them with a high-quality product.

While a few of their models of bikes haven't offered well, many of them have.  Yamaha has always concentrated on the future of bicycles while bear in mind that which customers are needing.  They have been able to market their developments, and it's paid off by letting them reach a massive section of the motorcycle market without compromising their vision.

Motorcycles by Honda

In reality, his fire was vehicles.  He also loved the idea of driving quickly and appreciated racing.  He worked from the time that he was a teenager in an auto mechanic so that he had an excellent comprehension of the mechanical end of all things.  He also owned a Harley and an Indian, giving him lots of bike riding experience.
